eSocial: schedule change. Ordinance published with new mandatory dates
The Ordinance SEPRT # 1.419 /19 brings the new dates of mandatory e-Social for companies, individual employers and public agencies. New calendar foresees commencement of transmission of periodic (payroll) events from September 2020 to group 3. Periodic events scheduled for January / 20 have been extended. Groups 5 and 6 were created by splitting Group 4.
Group 4 now comprises federal agencies and entities, Group 5 the state agencies and entities, and Group 6 the municipal entities. In addition, considering the large number of companies belonging to Group 3 (MEP and EPP opting for SIMPLES, MEI, individual employers – except domestic, non-profit entities), it was established that there will be a staggering periodic obligation (sheets) defined by the last digit of the basic CNPJ.
There was also a change in the start schedule of Occupational Health and Safety – OSH events for all groups. The change in the mandatory calendar is due to the implementation of eSocial simplification, which should be published soon.
