Founding Partner of Correia da Silva Advogados firm. Received his Bachelor of Law and his Masters Degree from the PUC-Catholic University of São Paulo (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo). Has worked as Assistant-Professor on Civil Law at the PUC-Catholic University of São Paulo, and as a Professor on Commercial Law and Civil Procedure at the UNIP- Universidade Paulista.
Author of the Books: “Economical Regulation of Health”, published by LCTE Publishing House and “Control of Medicine Prices”, published by Febrafarma, as well as the “Health Business” chapter of the publication “Doing Business in Brazil” published by the BritCham-Chamber of Commerce British; collaborated with the book “Understanding Health in Brazil”, and also published dozens of articles in several different media. Member of the IABA-Inter-American Bar Association Council Brazil Chapter; Chairman of the Amcham – American Chamber of Commerce Anvisa Task Force in São Paulo; Chairman of the Amcham – American Chamber of Commerce Health Committee in São Paulo; Chairman of the Amcham-American Chamber of Commerce Government Procuremment Task Force in São Paulo; Chairman of the BritCham-British Chamber of Commerce Health Committee; collaborated with both Policy Committee and Legal Committee of the FEBRAFARMA-Brazilian Federation of the Pharmaceutical Industry; provides legal advice to ABRIFAR-Brazilian Pharmaceutical Raw Materials Dealers and Importers Association, to ABIMED-Brazilian Association of the Medical Devices Importers, to ABCV-Brazilian Life Sciences Association, to AdvaMed-North American Association of Industry of Advanced Technology, and to ABF-Brazilian Franchising Association, in addition to various domestic and multinational companies.
