Lawyer, graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2011), Master in Business Management (MBM) in Business Administration from the School of Business Administration of São Paulo from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV / EAESP – 2013) and Extension in Political Philosophy from the Pontifical University Catholic Church (PUC / COGEAE – 2013). For six years, he served as Special Legislative Coordinator at the São Paulo City Council, being responsible for all legislative drafting, the drafting and execution of parliamentary amendments, and the definition and strategies in Parliamentarians’ Relationship with the Executive Power. He also served in the Legislative Assembly of the State of São Paulo, being responsible for Government Relations between Deputy Offices, the Executive Branch and representatives of Civil Society.
