Business Integrity – Compliance
Our goal related to business integrity is the application of our juridic expertise to prevent legal or regulatory risks that may threaten a company susteinability due to risk/ decisions or excessively agressive actions of it’s team.
We see business sustainability as a tripod, formed by a transparent governance focused to protect shareholders and investors interest, effective risk management and na effective integrity program.
More than to please regulators, the integrity program prevents value and patrimony destruction by fraud or irresponsible behavior.
The business integrity program protects employees and investors, but also protects the society. The benefits of an effective integrity program ranges from the economic activity protection to preventing the public interest harm by the corruption itself.
An effective implementation of the business integrity program comes from a solid decision from the “highest” management. A “tone from the top” strong to change or enhance it’s business culture. C-level and investors direction must garantee the coherence when this implementaion demands changes to the company’s atitude in it’s comercial (trade) relations.
The earning from this effort towards laws and regulation is the compliance with standards of national and international anti-corruptional laws and prevention of legal and regulatory risks from the most diverse natures.
