Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Ceará. Postgraduated with Master’s Degree in Economic and Political Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Specialization Degree in Labor Law from Unichristus – Centro Universitário Christus, Specialization Degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Nine years of experience counseling domestic and foreing companies (from varied sectors and diverse dimensions) on a comprehensive range of labor matters, providing legal services in the advisory and litigation spheres, including strategic management of lawsuits, collective agreement negotiations, auditing and projects of mergers and acquisitions (due diligences).
