We are pleased to announce our new partner, Roberta Cavalcante e Silva, as head of Correia da Silva’s Labor Consulting and Litigation practice group. Roberta has extensive experience in assisting domestic and international companies, from a variety of industry sectors, in all segments of the employment relationship, including matters related to collective labor rights, as well as providing preventive legal counseling and strategic management of labor lawsuits.
Under Roberta’s leadership, Correia da Silva’s labor practice area starts counting on an even better integrated portfolio of solutions and services, such as full assistance on labor suits and strategic litigation, advice on employment agreements, compensation and benefits plans, stock options packages, international employment matters (expatriation and repatriation), labor union issues and collective bargaining, along with specialized legal audits, inclusive of preventive analysis and compliance projects covering labor matters. With experience gained from renowned offices, Roberta has a Master’s Degree in Economic and Political Law from Mackenzie University, as well as post-graduate degree in Labor Law from Unichristus, and Corporate Law from FGV/SP.
