Is it possible to sum certifications?
Yes! It is possible indeed. Now it is also possible to make restrictions to this sum, but usually it is allowed. In the bid planning, according to the contractual claim with the bidding object or reference term, it is possible to establish restrictions to certifications sum and they need to be justified accordingly.
